Our Services are based upon our Library of Best Practices and Competencies. Using a Survey-Guided Development approach that makes the results from a company's Growth IQ Report actionable, we then work with our partners to build collaborative Action Plans that match the client’s capacity for change. Again unlike most of our competitors, we then separate what needs to be done from who will do it - allowing the client to do it themselves, use their current external resources (other consultants or trainers), or use our own team of former executives and managers as advisors if they so choose.
