In attendance were some of the industry's leading trainers and consultants from Canada and the US who not only had an opportunity to meet and talk with Professor Kotter one-on-one, but who also had their feedback included as part of the program's development. Even with such a select and highly experienced group of participants, the program was given an overall score of 9.6/10. AKLabs and ISBWW are now working together with the participants to deliver John's work and help lead bold change in organizations worldwide.
